We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Machine Operator / Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, ensuring precision machining, and maintaining high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (Turning / Milling)
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Perform programming or editing (G-code / M-code) as required
• Monitor machining processes to ensure accuracy and quality
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines (Lathe / VMC / HMC)
• Knowledge of CNC programming (G-code, M-code)
• Familiarity with measuring tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges
• Understanding of tolerances and machining processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Experience

• Freshers or candidates with 1–5 years of experience in CNC machining
